An Update From the Amenity Centers Committee
Amenity Center #1
The spray pool leak was repaired and the equipment was cleaned and is in great working order. The rock shelf of the waterfall that flows into the spray pool was cracked and broken and the rock has been replaced and repaired. As soon as the city permits are received the shade structures will be installed. Also new furniture has been purchased to replace the damaged and missing pieces. The trough water spout that falls into the pond has been repaired as well as the wrought iron fence on Austin Stone Dr.
Amenity Center #2
The much anticipated amenity center is expected to be ready to go for the opening of our 2008 pool season the beginning of May. We selected different pool furniture we hope will be sturdier (please treat it with care).
A card reader entry will be operational at both pools this season. Be looking for information on the new card reader system from SBB Management Company.
There is also an on-site office (Amenity Center #2) for our SBB Management associates. You may pick up your pool entry cards at the office.
Our Amenity Centers can be an asset to our community if we all treat them with respect and care. (Remember the maintenance and repair costs come out of your dues.) Please also have respect for your neighbors as you share these facilities.

Over the past several years the Sendera Ranch sports fields have become a very popular place for Sendera Ranch resident youth athletic teams to practice. They have previously been utilized on a first-come / first serve basis. This year the Advisory Committee will try a first-come / first-serve reservation system that will be managed by the on-site SBB property manager.
Below are the guidelines:
Reservation sign-up will be at on-site SBB property manager office.
Please call (817) 439-2155.
Reservation can only be made by a Sendera Ranch residents.
Reservation time slot is a maximum of 1.5 hours. This should allow everyone equal opportunity to take advantage of these fields.
