All summer long, our residents and their guests enjoy our four (4) pools, children’s splash pad, lounge chairs, and covered patios with tables and chairs! Easily access this amenity with your phone via bluetooth fob. The restrooms are accessible to residents and their guests.

Playgrounds
Our centrally located playgrounds offers lots of fun bridges, slides, swings, and games.  It also has a soft protective layer of mulch for added safety and caters to kids of all ages.  There’s fun for everyone!

Walking Trail
A 3 mile walking trail woven throughout the neighborhood featuring lush landscaping.  Enjoy miles of concrete trails that are great for biking, walking, or jogging.  There are also several spots to sit and enjoy the outdoors in a quiet and quaint setting.
 
Basketball Courts & Hockey Rink
Located next to two of the community pools are the basketball courts.  The courts are available to neighbors and friends of neighbors to enjoy hours of recreational fun.  The courts are open from dusk until dawn.

Baseball Fields
Over the past several years the Sendera Ranch sports fields have become a very popular place for Sendera Ranch resident youth athletic teams to practice.

Clubhouse
The clubhouse holds a maximum of 75 people at one time. The Clubhouse is equipped with 4 round tables, 25 folding chairs, 4 high top bar chairs, refrigerator, microwave, kitchen serving area, and a TV. Available for homeowners to rent for a fee.

Ponds
The grand and majestic fountain in our pond serves as a beautiful centerpiece in our community.  The area is fully landscaped and has areas to enjoy the shade and take in the scenery.  The ducks and geese are our feathered neighbors and love for you to share some birdseed. The pond is not stocked.
