    Place bulky items on the curb by 7 a.m. on the first Monday of the month. You may place items on the curb as early as 6 p.m. the Friday before your assigned week. Crews have until the following Saturday at 5 p.m. to pick up bulky items.
    After crews have collected on your street, do not place more bulky items on the curb until the next month on your designated week.

    Second, and to have quicker action taken, simply go to www.fortworthtexas.gov. Click on Departments, then click Code Compliance, (direct link here) click on the issue in question then submit a complaint. You can do this anonymously or if you would like a follow up you can use your name and number

    Pay Dues Online

    At this time, SBB Management Company offers the following payment options:
    When you pay online at Mutual of Omaha you must first choose if you want to make the payment by eCheck or with a Credit or Debit Card. Paying by eCheck is FREE, paying with a Credit or Debit card incurs a processing fee (disclosed on website).
    a.    To make a One-Time transaction, after choosing eCheck or Credit/Debit card, fill in all of the r   required information – It will ask for (3) sets of numbers which are located on the bottom edge of  
     your statement, coupon or Reminder Statement. 
    b.    Mutual of Omaha Fees for processing payments: Electronic checks are $1.95 per payment and  Credit Card processing is 2.95% of the transaction amount.
    i. The first number is for the management company (SBB) –020
    ii. The second number is for the Homeowner association –
    iii. The third number is your individual assessment account number. If you do not have this available, you can obtain this on SBB’s web portal or by contacting SBB at 972-960-2800.
    b. Recurring Payments - You can also set up recurring payments. To do so you must first create an account. Then choose the recurring payment option.
    IMPORTANT-please be aware that you will be responsible for making any changes due to increase/decrease in assessments, sale of property or expiration of credit/debit card, etc.
