FAQ

  • How do I pay my HOA dues online?

    Pay Dues Online

You can pay your HOA dues ONLINE! It's Easy!

Go to www.sbbmanagement.com. On the right side of the homepage is the SBB Community Portal. If you are paying online for the first time, click on "first time user" and enter your information. You will then get a confirmation email.

Click on the web link ( or copy and paste ). Enter the required info and you are into your account. You can view all your account details and pay your dues at one site.

    One thing to note:

There is a small convenience fee of $4.95 when paying by credit card and a $2.00 fee when paying by e-check (kinda like a debit but using a check #).

    *UPDATE 6/13/11*
Mr. Patrick Buckley, Senior Engineer with the City of Fort Worth Transportation and Public Works has informed us that with the completed relocation of underground AT&T lines, the resurfacing of Avondale-Haslet Road from Willow Creek east to Sendera Ranch Blvd should begin sometime in July 2011.

Wal-Mart Stores Texas will begin construction of Avondale-Haslet Road at US 287, going east to the existing Water Tank.  This construction will begin sometime in September, 2011.  The city will follow this construction building Avondale-Haslet from the Water Tank across BNSF rail line to Willow Creek.

We will update the timelines when we receive them so you may make whatever travel arraignments you might need.

  • Wilson Attendance Boundary Committee Recommendation
The Wilson Middle School attendance boundary
committee met this week (Nov/11) and selected the attached scenario to present
to the School Board for recommendation. This scenario includes
Sendera Ranch Elementary, Thompson Elementary, and Haslet Elementary
Schools. The committee agreed this is the best scenario since all
three elementary school will move and will not be split between middle
    schools.
